This is exactly what I've been saying. Why when the authorities at the port informed the police, why didn't the police conducted a sting operation and monitored who was coming the guns? I have no doubt this is a long happening thing. Maybe the person picking up the barrel is an illegal arms dealer selling illegal guns to these thugs. This overall should not be a hard case to crack and get some arrests especially if you get the help of the FBI, Customs and the ATF to go after the source. Of course Jamaican investigators and police will screw it up and nothing will become of this.
