Hello you tube world, I've made the decision to quit drinking. I don't want it anymore, it brings me nothing but trouble so I'm leaving it behind. Thank you for this music, really seems to help. I'm going to use any resource I can to quit for good, I'm seeking therapy, praying. I'm not afraid to ask for help and admit I'm not as strong as I thought I was but I can get there, so can you. This life is pretty cool, I'm thankful for it.

i have bad sleeping habits, so iv never been able to get to sleep easily. I have been through so many relaxing song that don't really do the trick. Then i found this song, and i have been able to sleep for 8 or 7 hours almost every night!! thank you soooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!
