I listened to it today for the first time. I laid down and closed my eyes with my headphones on, and it was exhilarating!! It wasnt a bad feeling like when you have a night mare.. i felt all this energy fill me and it was like the rush of a roller coaster coming out of my body, getting stronger and faster and at first i wanted to try to wake up... but i realized i wasnt scared anymore and i embraced it all. I think i might of dreamed after but when i woke up to my alarm i walked down the hallway and i felt lighter, like a could jump higher than before and i felt sp happy and relaxed and energized alltogether. I've been listening for different tracks for my sleep disorder but I always end up going back to this one. I sleep good to it and it appears to ease my morning stiffness somehow!? I understand the 528 oxygenates the body/blood system. When Oxygen is present, healing begins and no...NO dis-eases can survive in it. Omfg.... Sooo. I been listening to several different meditation sounds over the past couple of weeks and I listen to the 8 hr ones through out the night..... I had normal dreams... But this time after falling asleep to THIS specific meditation sound waves..... It's going to sound so weird but in my dream I DIED! I became spirit, but I didn't realize I was dreaming! Lucid dreaming! Not only was I lucid dreaming but I didn't realize it until after I woke up.. I was in astral projection within my dreams! It was soooo new that instead of embracing it, in my dream I was soooo desperately trying to get people to believe I had died! Only for me to return to body form WITHIN the dream also! Dear Meditative Mind - Meditation Music, This is absolutely amazing!! And I will use this as an invaluable Spiritual tool my friends!! But I don't know if it's just my own computer, but this music has no video image that I can see, it is all a black screen I only see throughout, except for the very beginning which has a very beautiful picture. If this music does indeed has no picture to go along with it, it would be absolutely even more remarkable to have an image of something pretty to see throughout to go along with this Infinitely Uplifting Spiritual Sound Current!! If you are able to add an image to this, that would be wonderful! But if not, that is fine too. For mostly this is Music Of The Spheres to mainly experience in deep Contemplation with the eyes closed, but yet, to Open Up the Inner Vision!!! And this is what this music does for me!!
