Not gonna lie, i played this and some other healing frequency vidoes after my dental surgery (had to get 5 teeth removed). My swelling came down drastically the first day, and im mostly pain free the second day. I did have a hell of a migraine to fight through the first day. But i stopped taking the pain meds after the first dose and stuck to tylenol/excedrin/weed. I honestly believe the frequencies helped immesnsely, though.

I've been on a healing journey of overcoming stress and worry. Learning how to love myself more and improve my health. It feels like this video seems to be helping. It's calming and soothing and helps me sleep at night. I wake up feeling calm and not scared. Plus I sleep on a Hooga grounding mat. Awesome combination for sleep 😴 💤 👌 😀 😀 🙂
