When we worship Soma , we essentially unlock Bliss within us. I discovered a secret during my meditation. You need to chant a mantra on water in order to geometrically arrange the water molecules to “catch” this energy. (Water has memory.) The best mantra for this is “om namah shivaya”. Chant 20 minutes to a 2 liter bottle of water and drink (only this water) everyday. After 7 days you will feel a cold wind on your hands and head. Dreams will begin, where you will be given knowledge about various occult/hidden things. After one month, you will lose serious amount of body fat. Psychic powers begin. People become predictable. You become vegetarian, otherwise you feel the pain of the animal. You eat very little, like half a banana a day. This goes on until you quit food entirely. Your nature will become like Lord Shiva. Another way is Ojas also called a person’s aura. Ojas increases Tejas also known as the light within/divinity. Tejas increases Prana also referred to as Chi/bioelectricity. You can increase this buy taking neem leaf powder and turmeric powder in equal amounts. One teaspoon each. Mix with one tablespoon honey. Take daily, every morning on an empty stomach. Do not consume anything else for 6 hours. Also one should avoid masturbation and sex completely. Do not let a single drop of sexual fluids escape. Avoid sexual thoughts as much as possible. This will increase your awareness of other dimensions of life after several weeks. You will get an extremely healthy body. And most/all psychic powers will come. Plus you will easily command other people and gather a huge following if desired.
