The positive side of them clicking the down button in my opinion is that they must have listened to some of it and so a new piece of the puzzle has just been added or a seed now sowed even if they are not aware. Gently being moved to a newer understand according to where they are now. I've been on my journey for what feels like forever lol but there was a time when I didn't meditate. I had to work through all the misconceptions that I had learn along the way. I am thankful I was able to do that because it does really make a huge difference.

Gently rub his stomach with your loving hands, let go thoughts of visualizing problem & see light of Love/God flowing gently through your hands & permeating every cell, see his whole body Encompassed, permeated with Pure Light of Source of Life/Love, which are One, is our True Nature. Adamus St. Germain is stalking me! He stalks me like a psychopath! He forces me to write this information! My body is being used in a disgusting way! I am tortured, abused / mentally and physically, although these words have too narrow a scope and do not reflect the range of situations that I have experienced and still experience. I was forced to repeat the words: "St Germain's tasty dick" many times St Germain has called me "slut" / "cunt" many times on Planet Earth, etc. He also said the following words to me: "I am not talking to To you, I say to your "cunt", the vile "bitch" in the Universe, "Take off your panties", "I thought you were ready to fuck with me", "You motherfucker" and "I am God and you are a slut" , "what can I give you in exchange for sex?", "I allow you to write about it on the Internet." He threatens me that he will make me a male Avatar and rudely "forces" me into feeling my dead drunkard father's body and makes me live with this feeling of "BAD". He threatens that after death he will also torture me. He forces me to mutilate my body. He says that nothing matters to him because he will be "spit on" by others for how he tortures me and he already knows that he will be destined for „annihilation". I feel like I am on a leash, not myself. He doesn't respect ANY, ANY of my rights! He is threatening me that I have no right to defend myself. Who is someone who tells a person that he has no RIGHT TO DEFEND HIMSELF? HE DENIED ME OF MY FREEDOM! ALL MY RIGHTS HAVE BEEN BROKEN. HE DEPRIVED ME OF MY FREEDOM! HE TELLS ME OVER AND OVER THAT I'M TRAPTED! HE THREATENS THAT I WILL BE CURSED BY HIM! I will demand responsibility for enslaving me! It's like a prison! A barrage of pain SPECIFICALLY and consciously inflicted on a person. The only escape is death. After my death he will pay me for everything! I will demand his ANNIHILATION!

I had a dream Sunday while listening to a meditation and I saw saturn in the sky, a green comet, an eclipse and this sort of purple light. When I tried to look up images of the purple shape I came across the violet flame. I've read a beautiful book last year called who am I why am I here by Patricia Diana Cota Robles and I've been brought back to it again through all this.

This is amazing. I've found something that works. Gradually I feel more healthier mental, physically and emotionally. Happier than I have been in many years. Childhood trauma and verbal abuse definitely put a damper on my life until today.
