The female version of Special Force seems to be German specific. It's called Special Force Girls. The US version of the game was imported to Germany by Bally Wulff in order to release it there with changed ROMs(with German language instead of English) and different backglass art.

nice video. I am not surprised however that this was Bally Midway's response to both Gottlieb's Raven, along with capitalizing the Commando craze which was inspired by movies such as Commando, Rambo: First Blood Part II, and Missing in Action since SF was made 6 months apart from Raven which came out in March of '86.

Very nice video. I have a special force pinball I got from a fellow that Lost the main ramp during transport. So, when l got it, the playfield was striped. I need that ramp and I would like a playfield parts placement. The manual sucks. No information, so I’m running blind.

@@tntamusements Yes, I know. But I’m making my own plastic ramp using a technique from a 1950s book Hobbies and Handycrafts. Working on the pattern now.

You stated that there may be a female version of this pinball. It’s called Raven by gottlibe. My favorite pinball is the F14 Tomcat

Interestingly enough this game was originally designed and based on the movie Rambo and that's what got Dennis Nordman rehired at Bally. How cool would've that been if they had made this a Rambo?

Do the buttons ever wear out, on the nightmare programing keypad? I haven't seen Tom in any of your current videos, does he still work for you?

badreality2 The keypad contacts get dirty when not pressed for awhile...but simply pressing them over and over gets them cleaned up again. Tom helped during the Christmas rush for perhaps 3 weeks and will be back again this Christmas!

you play just fine Todd. not a great tilter though :P and no app can mimic a proper bump. maybe on one of those 50 inch screen types built into a cabinet but thats about it. At least you no more about the rules , I just keep track of the ball, unless it goes under the playfield..

I’m disappointed. It’s mine an it never worked right. Garbage delivery half destroyed it. Played it with the glass off due to the 3rd ball never coming back an the second ball getting locked. Delivery was damaged. And dented. So good luck to me. Just watching this video again to imagine what it’s like to play it. It sits here waiting to work.
