Good soldier game I had recently. I must confess I started playing overwatch 1 close to the end before 2 came out and I just one tricked soldier as I was learning the game and he is my most played hero. he got nerfed hard going into overwatch 2 and he just felt bad so im glad he finally got some meaningful buffs...maybe a little too much? maybe they could nerf the helix a bit

It can be intimidating. Nothing wrong with learning first in quickplay. I'd say don't worry about toxic people in comms and just concentrate on yourself. Watch people that are better than you play heros you play take note of positioning, movement, ability usage, how they interact in fights against various heros (This is something that really helped me when learning). Also I'd say a lot of the game as you get better is forcing your opponents to use abilities and taking advantage when they dont have their abilities.

Man overwatch has literally the most trash aim assist in fps history, to the point where some gm players just play without it

Nope. I use a regular xbox controller. I read somewhere that Blizzard was going to try to do something about xim users soon. I hope they do
