+MrGamingvideos123 Hmmm, try keep distractions far away. It also depends on motivation. If you're motivated to achieve what you set out to do, distractions don't have much of a grip on you. So it's like a matrix of motivation and strength on distraction which equals level of focus. If your motivation is high, it decreases the strength of distractions which equals stronger focus. If motivation is low, it increases the strength of distractions which equals lesser focus. I just made this up now, so don't take my word in it haha, but if you're motivated you can keep better focus.
