Thank You for sharing with all of us that this healing sounds words. Pink helps with depressions. Wearing pink, having pink in the surroundings help - flowers, decorations, pillowcases, bedspreads, towels, curtains and so on. Staying away from sugar, white flour, fried foods makes a difference. Eating certain foods helps with depression - potatoes, salmon, food with magnesium, vit C, Vit D, vegetables, fruits. Doing things that you love. Taking lots of sunshine. The sun heals just about anything. SAGE is one of the sacred herbs of the Natives and it is known to heal anything. Making a sage tea before bed and in the morning for breakfast is very good. You just need about 1 teaspoon of dry sage for a cup of hot water, or about 5 leaves in a cup of hot water. Eating 2-3 sage leaved per day will heal what if going on in the body, emotion, mind and the soul. Sage is a beautiful warfare herb. I like it in my tea, or put it in my soups or sometimes my toasts.
