45 degree cuts with box section/

I remember when I first starting fabricating box section and things would just go wrong all of the time, from marking out, what tools we needed for the job, what tools did what job, how to tack weld correctly. There is so many things that can go wrong but I have tried my absolute best to explain it all to you in one video and if I have missed anything with the fabrication and welding then please ask me the questions you need to know down bellow.

Just what I was looking for, I like the little plates you clamped on the corners to make sure it was flush. If I had done that I would have saved a lot of time trying to make sure it was flat on the table (the table probably wasn't perfectly flat either way). I think the fit up leading up to the tacks was where I wasted most my time. My instructor ended up banging my frames on the table so that all the corners laid flat on the table, worked like a charm. Great Video. If you're looking for another video to make I have a suggestion. I am often unsure the best method to use for cutting, grinding, etc... should I use the shear or the band saw? should I use a flap disk or a grinding wheel, or both? and why? etc.... I've seen people use many different methods for different things and I often unsure if one should be used over the other in applications with Stainless steel, aluminum or other alloys that may not react well to certain grinding methods, whether it be causing issues with contamination caused by sand paper transfer or what ever. A video just going over the general methods of which prep methods for grinding and cutting parts would be ideal and efficient for certain materials and thicknesses would be nice.
