Video idea, make a orcs vs ominous woods video. Start them in an acceptable biome, surrounded by ominous forest and or dark forest. If they can escape the forest they can attack other races with good spawns.

But the dark/ominous forests have to be surrounded by water so the creature's won't spread to the other races

I think the reason that the orcs are so powerful in your vids is because you don't let them rebel against each other. On maps where they are allowed to fracture they tend to keep themselves in check.

I played on some maps where I gave orcs Less space and Even with equal population they didn't win one time they put up a fight before going down other time they even couldn't even conqueror their their home island which was divided into six smaller islands so maybe orcs don't do well in less space

I did a map the other day where each of the races had a corner of the map, and in the center there was an enchanted biome. The orcs got there first, but once I made land bridges the elves actually defeated them. I don’t know how.

Now that you have a lot of bioms, maybe its nice if you use all races or just the 4 main races with the most dangerous bioms on a big map(like the game of thrones map?). You can first let them start on a more peaceful and smaller island and then on the big main land all the dangerous bioms so you can see who is gonna win. Maybe give the orcs a handicap? Like put the much later in the game? Dunno, could be fun.
