The best budget hotel I can find in Quebec, Canada is $65/night. The room is a bit bigger than the bedroom in this video. The toilet is old and acceptable but they don't change a new sheet and pillow covers when I got the room. Everything is not as clean as the one in this video. The price in Vietnam is not incredible it's beyond imagination. Two-bedroom condo Airbnc like that in Canada costs at least $200/night.

You can explore more Landmart tower in Dist Binh Thanh (next to dist 1 and dist 2), that's the tallest tower in SaiGon. Im sure u'll love it. There're big and beautiful park and they have a big mall also. Hope u enjoy ur trip in SaiGon..

The rail is the Metro 1 that is in the testing phase right now, and you can sign up to ride it. Thao Dien will be the financial district in Saigon. This is the place to network for business opportunities and it has many international restaurants

Yes ! It's the future metro in HCMC ( line 1 ) connecting Ben Thanh market to Suoi Tien theme park . The first subway system in Vietnam is in Hanoi inaugurated about two years ago .

Nice apartment, but not very cheap. 30x45USD = 1350USD per month and it is at least double the normal rate in that area for an apartment like that. But that’s how it is. Monthly rental makes more sense anywhere.

Hello. My wife and I are planning to visit Vietnam in July 2025 and looking to rent one of these during our stay. Seems to be quite a few of them available at our dates on airbnb. How hard are the beds here? I'm guessing by hard, you mean like a futon. I guess that is something to consider if we decide to stay here.

that $45/night is reasonable for a few nights stay, but for longer stay, I'd choose to rent a whole house for maybe $300/month. The room here looks like for a family of 1 or 2 kids and a couple.
