Good class. Please provide some other options besides rolling to a squat, which I couldn't do and to keep rolling seemed too easy.

Sorry Erik I hope you feeling ok now! Even my videographer clapped once I finished shooting this one 😂 When I personally find workouts that give me NDE experiences I store them away. Giving myself some time to develop and get fitter. Once I am brave enough or have forgotten what the pain felt like, I take the class again. It's a really great measuring stick to see how far I have come. It feels super good to nail something that nearly destroyed you in the past. Give your body time to rest and recover 💖
