Wow! I can't believe how much my strength and stability have improved over just 5 days!! Have always struggled with the chaturanga push ups but it feels much better now and I can hold longer without shaking. Feeling amazing all over. Thanks ever so much Tim!

TIM!! How have you been? I have been doing this series for over a month. When I started I was STRUGGLING with some of the flow(mainly the one where we go from modified lunge to Warrior 3 repeatedly) and thus I was determined to repeat this series until it wasn't so hard. Now, I can do all of these videos with relative ease. I have been with you since last year and boy has my body changed thanks to your teachings. Thank you so much for all the encouraging words you give in every video, your jokes and how considerate you are. Always pointing out how proportions matter and how we all work at a different level. Again, thank you for everything, I'll keep doing your KZbin videos till the one day comes when I'll join your community and MAYBE even go on a retreat with you.

The Power Yoga that I had before was really non-stop high intensity all the way but this is a totally different one which is calming, and relaxing at the same time strengthening and improving flexibility...Thank you TIM!

Many thanks. I trust a fluffy dog is not a prerequisite for power yoga. (I grew up in America with 10 Briards). On an upper floor in a 1600’s building of Old Rome, a dog might be too happy. The old dog who is writing is quite happy with the concentration and awareness of body you convey even 80 steps above the ground floor. The warrior 3 is do-able but the blocks are a good idea. When I reached 79 I couldn’t do Dhanurah or handstands any more, but maybe my instructors were right as they told me I was “precipitoso” in my Asanas. Perhaps a new attitude will help me regain those poses.

Yesterday me and Jan walked 13 miles, so our legs were a bit stiff today for this class, but they got better as the class went along. what a great to start our Sunday. thanks

Thanks for this video Tim. I had not practiced in a while and felt like it was the right day to yoga a bit. Twisted standing poses remain the most challenging poses for me but thanks to you, I know how to be patient, allow my body to work and grow in these poses and I don't feel (too) frustrated anymore when I practice them. Yea., nice swaying on the warmup, challenging my balance. I'm sure there is a dance-move name for that. This challenge is a real challenge. The visitor still with me, but the teenager has given up for now.

These 30 min classes go a long way for me. At the end of the day I felt more relaxed, less tension on hip and back. Thank you Tim!! I subscribe to CMC but only can do the hour length classes on the weekend.

Thank you for this class, Tim! Like Ian said below, I was also a bit low energy and mentally distracted this morning, and I found that I was avoiding the mat. Even though the flow proved harder to follow today, I'm still proud that I showed up and I'm especially grateful for the mediation at the end. There's a whole day ahead of me now! Namaste.

Thanks for these practices - my feeling is that it all makes sense, feels grounded, and maybe also "enough." The movements and breathing made me aware of the level of strain... the 5 rule helped!

Thanks as always Tim! The things I liked about this video: a nice warmup, then the class is slow but strong. I feel like I am building strength but can keep up with the pace. Some of the prompts that really helped were extending from behind the ears in the flat back position, and moving the elbow toward the sky in the twist. Things like that can really change the way you do a pose!

Such a great class. I began it 3 different times and finally finished the 3rd time. It was conveniently a great scaffolding exercise because I got further each time before needing to stop for kids.

I love way how you discribe every move ,what is going inside body, finally im actually learning how to correct breathe. Other channel I been doing I cannot focus on breathing and all was quick...im enjoying every move although is challenging.. and your voice is so calming that it make all practice real yoga..thank you very much for your hard work... namaste...Lucy

I'm currently going to Physical Therapy for my hips and sacrum. This practice was exactly what I needed. Thank you! Also, I was apart of your Monday live class. I used many of the elements from the class when I taught a Hot Vinyasa the following day. I had a ton of compliments. Loved those Pilates inspired supine exercises. Managed to make it through Savasana even with a 9ry old doing laps on a hoverboard around me and a border collie mix demanding fetch! The breathwork will def help my lap swimming later today.

Tim, this was such a great class to do! The Parivrtta Virabhadrasana 3 and Trikonasana were definitely both challenging AND effective at lengthening my hamstrings (which were still unusually tight and sore after heavy squats three days ago). I always look forward to your mat sequences following the rigorous standing ones. 💯 Your cueing and sequencing were, as always, just right: not too long nor too short. I am grateful that you created these morning classes. 🕉And I always love seeing Ollie. 🕉 Thank you so much. 🙏

Loved this practice. My favorite of the challenge so far. It was challenging without being too difficult. Had a bit of difficulty sustaining warrior three on my right side but even that was good. I love your instructions. I love the stretches. Thanks, Tim! Namaste.

I did this practice at the beach (Northern Sea - 14 degrees in the morning)… it was wonderful. A well rounded, nourishing practice. I am so calm right now. Thank you, Tim 🥰

I’m a day behind yet really enjoying this challenge and particularly liked this class. My straight leg push ups are stronger and I’m finding I can hold my poses longer as well. The breathing exercise at the end was a nice cap. I’m ready to face the day! Thank you Tim. Namaste.

Hey! Tim, thank you for all of your work. This is such a generous gift to the world. I practicing yoga for a couple years occasionally. Today was my first time standing downward facing dog with feet on the mat and I finaly found the release in it. That is amazing! Namaste
