The burn is about to be real with this 45 minute fully body low impact cardio challenge.
This is the last workout of the Fresh Start Series! Enjoy the entire series (cardio and strength combined for 2 weeks) on growwithjo home: growwithjo.com and make sure to check out this months challenge and schedule while you're there!
This workout has 4 parts with 2 water breaks. We start with a warm up, then we start working on our arms with exercises that will raise our heart rate and boosts our metabolism. We have our first water break, then we will start working on legs. After our second water break we move on to a kickboxing burnout!

I absolutely love Jo’s videos. I’m an 18 year old girl, and I’ve been wanting to work on my body just recently. I’ve tried so many times to stay consistent, but I always failed. Now, after I’ve convinced myself I can do it, I’m finally staying consistent with one of Jo’s workouts everyday! You don’t have to do as many reps or go as fast as Jo. It’s the effort that matters, as long as you’re doing your best! When you feel like not doing anything, then a 10min workout still counts as staying consistent. Keep up girlies, we can do this!! 🩷🎀

I've been working out with Jo for probably a good 6 months now, 5 days a week, and I go hard every week. I found myself needing more advanced workouts after working out with Jo so consistently and I began to plateau. I found that adding two 5 pound dumbbells to ANY of the 30+ minute cardio videos gives me exactly what I'm looking for. Thought I'd throw that out there if anybody wants to take on the challenge!

Same! I use 3 lb dumbbells and 3 lb ankle weights, adds just a little extra to help tone me.

I managed to drop 5kg last year going to the gym but I dropped it since it stopped being enjoyable, now I want to focus on indoor workouts and that's where you come in, shining like a star! I started grow with Jo last year in January i was at my highest weight and having bad back problems i was 383 and tired 😮‍💨 so i started at first doing her 15min videos everyday and now after being consistent like she always says to “see true and lasting results, you have to be consistent” and that is so true now in 2024 February I am 319 pounds and feeling 10 times better and I am going to keep on going! The only way we fail is if we don’t even try ❤ keep showing Up!!😘

I have not worked out since Oct 2023. I did YOUR workouts from Jan - Oct 2nd all last year and fell off major. Today was my first day back at it and I started with this video. The 45 min flew by. Thank you for always being such a LIGHT during these workouts.

Honestly speaking, I am a kind of person who is so lazy to move the body and I was not able to follow consistently any of the workout I have tried before but Jo made me to do her workouts everyday and they way she resonates her positive energy through her videos is just so refreshing. I am feeling so much powerful after finishing this workout. Thanks a lot Jo.

I just wanted to share my win. I started working out again, in Jan 2024. I have worked out 19 days so far this month, including today. When I did this video, I realized I could do most of the moves right away without having to focus on the moves. 😊

This workout is killer but I love it! I’m 6 months into my journey and the first 3 I avoided cardio until I realized I wouldn’t achieve the results I was looking for without it. So I searched cardio workouts and found you. Your friendly face and encouragement made me want to try and now look at me. Doing it! I’m 43 and started at 270lb. I hadn’t exercised since high school and I’ve lost over 25 lbs and it shows. If I can do it, I know you can too! 😓💪

Just finished my first week being consistent with this workout and I’m so sweaty!!! I’m so glad I found Jo! I have enjoyed every workout this week and I actually look forward to doing them!! Started working out to your videos this week after not working out for a while and in that time frame gained almost 20 pounds back . I had lost 70 lbs doing your videos! I just did this one and im so proud of myself for finishing it strong after thinking that I wasn’t gonna be able to do it due to the weight that I had gained back . I burned 430 calories and I couldn’t be any happier . Thank you Joanna ! God bless ❤️❤️

I’ll be 51 in a couple of days…but I’ve never felt or been this fit in my life…thank you for your encouragement and workouts women like myself to improved not just in my physical but mentality and spiritually too…I should say that 51 is the 21 😊 God bless you more jo as you continue to be a blessing to people around the world and to say the least I’ve lost 3 dress sizes and so far I’ve lost 50pounds ❤️

Recently, I wanted to get back in shape and lose a few inches (and pounds), so I decided to try out gro with jo since I heard good things about it in the past. Today was my first time trying one of her workouts and it did not disappoint. Typically I dread working out, but with this, it was fun. I think what made it better was Jo’s energy, she looks like she is enjoing herself while working out which made me like working out with her. The past year has been very difficult for me and I haven’t really had the time nor the energy to be active (which also caused me to gain around 24lbs). I want to be more in shape for my highschool graduation and I want to feel more confident in myself (and also fit into my old clothes). I think I’ll be able to be consistennt with working out now because of her. Thank you Jo

I am 15 weeks pregnant with my second child and I have a 13 month old. I worked out so much during my first pregnancy (Sydney Cummings) but it has been so hard to find the energy and motivation to work out this time around. I completed this workout and I feel so much better. I love that I didn’t have to kill myself to get some calories burnt and energize my body. Thank you for these fun and efficient work outs.

Just started a month ago and started being more consistent over the past 2 weeks! I think I’ve lost 3lb. My mom told me my clothes sat different on me which was so great to hear. I feel that it fits the same but, smoother. It’s a great feeling. I have noticed I’m actually hungry throughout the day. Before, I would never get the “hunger” feeling and I would just eat because I knew I had to. Trying to portion control which is my honest downfall but I’m excited for this journey!

So glad this works for you. Covid got me back to working out at home. Jo does a great job with these. During my hectic college days I made sure to exercise regularly-needed it to reduce stress. Stay with it. Now retired and need it for different reasons. 😍

It has been toooo long since I worked out gained 20 something lbs! I'm 205! 😮 I said today is the day to move my ass! Stop making excuses stop! After my daughter she's 2. I got to 184lb toned and strong I did slack. I'm not ok with it life got the best of me. I'm in graduate school and dealing with working full time and 2 kids and a wife! It is a lot but that's my role. Jo's workouts never fail I loved the triple combos upper,lower and my fav cardio kickboxing!!!! Definitely will try my best to do this workout 2x a week!! Operation it's Happy ME!! 😊

@@not.me.99 I think the only thing you need to do is eat the same you already eat but smaller portions and doing the workout so you burn what you eat and don't need to stress yourself with strict diets

Post workout stats (according to Fitbit): Average heart rate: 160 Calories burned: 395 Steps: 3,875 Cardio: 95% Fat burn: 5% Active Zone: 89 minutes This is coming from a female who is 115 pounds, 5’3, and pretty active so ur stats may look a little different than mine!!
