It is since 2 months I am doing his workout. I lost about 6 kgs. I used to do his cardio for 30 mins and 30 mins weight training. It is really helpful. Thanks to him for a great video. My teget is to be capable of doing calisthenics. It is great step towards my target.

Yayyyyyy congrats! I’m training calisthenics too! I’ve been following Summer Fun Fitness specifically since she’s a girl and has beginner friendly programs, but we are in the same boat my friend! I like Bully though for cardio, that extra kick push and core. He does and is best at all the things I hate so I try to keep his stuff in my routine. 😂 love the feeling of getting strong and feeling every inch of my own body gradually before adding weights that’s why I did it and I want to do a pull up 😂….anyways best of luck on your journey!

Been doing this for 4 days now. I did this one 4 days and another 1000 calorie burn from one other KZbinr, I can say for myself that this is one of the best workouts I've ever done. Not only does he give you water breaks but he also give you time to catch your breath between each exercise, so you don't get over worked. I'm a softball play and practices are starting soon since last softball season I've gains 15lbs, I'm trying to loose those fifteen pound before first game and at least 8 by first practice and I'm glad to say with a gallon of water a day, low carb diet, and this workout I'm 5lbs down in just one week! 10lbs to go before I reach my goal, just remeber nothing is impossible to reach! If you want it, you go get it hun and don't let anyone or any temptation wit food get you down. Any goal you set to accomplish you can, nothing is impossible

Okay, you've just made us all look bad! You've definitely motivated me! Had a bulging disc and I've got a knee that doesn't work sometimes, so I chose to strengthen my knee and take off from the treadmill for a week to strengthen some of the muscles around my knee that are imbalanced. Knee feels great and I'm going back either to the treadmill or cycling next week! Minor setback for a major comeback! I may use this workout as well as long as there are no movements that oddly impact my knee like burpees! Those almost completely derailed my shredding mission!

@@alizaka1467 I'm not a trained professional, so I'll definitely suggest going to your orthopedist and then a psychotherapist. I can say that low-impact exercises that stimulate blood flow are exceptional. Leg extensions on one leg with no weight, or just a five plate are an example. My physiotherapist told me to use a yoga block under the thigh just above the knee while laying flat on my back, preferably, on a yoga mat, and then just raising the knee to about zero degrees helps to strengthen the muscles on the inside of the knee which would correct my imbalance. Yours maybe different, so I'd definitely consult a professional but I'm glad to offer any good advice that I can.

During quarantine I gained quite a bit of weight, I lost my job, lost touch with my friends, and got bad grades in university. The reason people gain weight during ramadan is that they use their fasting as an excuse to eat more then they would eat across the day in a period of a few hours and also because they are not disciplined to stop themselves. If you stick to normal portion sizes and also incorporate exercise then you will be perfect

I’ve been doing this workout for weeks and recently started tracking it on “hiit” setting on Apple watch. I only burn about 250 (and I make it harder by running when he stomps, etc) I still like it, but it consistently says only 250 cals and about 180 active cals.

Heya, I weight 67.1 kg and I’m trying to lose weight (55 kg goal), I’ll be doing this workout everyday as well as fixing my diet and update it here every day: Week 1 weight 67.1kg ✅Day 1: barely got through ✅Day 2: today was easier I stopped doing this exact workout, but I’m still staying active and working out, Here is the progress so far Week 1: 67.1 Week 2: 65.8 Week 3: 64.5 I am loosing weight but I had realized that this will be a long process, and it wont come as fast as I expected.

Y’all pls believe me when I say this WORKS! I literally have been doing it for a little over 2 weeks, I have lost 5 lbs?!? I have been also counting calories with the app “ lose it” and it has been a god send. I love this workout because it isn’t mentally draining to do, yet I can feel my body putting in the work. Time just flies by while doing this! Btw I highly recommend jogging instead place instead of marching if you can! It helps me stay pumped and burns some more calories!

680 Calories burned and I was air-jump-roping and doing high knees during the rests to keep my heart rate up. 146 avg heart rate. This tracked using Garmin Instinct and chest heart rate monitor. I think it’s a great beginner routine but for a moderately fit guy like me no way I’m burning 1000 calories. I could try pushing myself harder for sure. Found it a little lower body focused as well. Just putting this out there if you’re like me looking for something to put you in the high aerobic zone. Many thanks for the effort you put into this!

273 kcal, avg 118 HR. Morning workout. I made it all, even more by adding weights and running instead of walks. I can say, that I am quite advanced but I did not see any comment, which would say that it is for beginners. It is a nice workout but too easy for my lvl. Perfect for the rest-day I would say.

First day trying this I'm 189 pounds (86kg). I'll continue with this for a week then put my update here🫡 Day 1: it was OK just a bit hard for a beginner like me 😖but powered through it Day 2:cramp all over ☠️ Day 3:i actually had to skip because of not finding enough time Day 4:went through a bit better and I did some strength workout as well Day 5:felt easier doing it and I even did some more moves in between workouts It has been 4 weeks I forgot to update lol But now I'm at 78 kg (171 lbs) 🤌🏻 I'll continue till I hit my Goul (65kg)

Day 1- did complete like half of it since not used to this regime so found it hard but still will try to complete it fully next day hopefully i stick with this until i lose weight gonna do some dance workout too later on Day2- couldn't do 2nd day cause I was tired Day3- did it fully this time also been maintaining a calorie deficit for 3 days now Day4- (break for few days cause periods 🥲 but still doing some light workout) Day5- Day6- Day7- Day8- Day9- Day10-

I’m a girl who is about 68kg in my tweens and this is my first day of doing it and I feel great about it I’m sweating and still have tons and tons of energy to work even more I struggled with some because of injuries so I anticipated and simplified the exercise a little but i still felt burning 🔥

Day 1 I know you wont be seeing this but thank you for this workout!! Had a disc prolapse and so far this is the only workout ive tried that dosent feel painful. @@dasen1314 i have smart watch... Before doing this cardio I do some stretch and hanuman(hindu) pushups around 50 reps then full squats 50 reps After taking 3 min rest I do this cardio... And coming to measuring weight I was 75kg in July and I am doing this 5 times a week..let's see what happens again I eill measure after 1-2 months later

I‘m not even exaggerating, this has to be one of the best workouts on KZbin. I’m literally sweating bullets throughout the whole workout but at the same time I’m not completely out of breath like in many other HIIT workouts.

I sprained my ankle doing this, pleeeease wear shoes guys!!! It's been 2 months and it's still not fully recovered yet 😔 Edit: 3 months after posting this comment (so about 5 months after the injury), I finally started doing ankle mobility and strengthening exercices. My ankle is better now
