Today we will CRUSH a workout that focuses on our legs and abs with muscular strength as a main goal ! We will rock 13 exercises for 3 rounds of 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds rest. I used my 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 pound dumbbells for my legs and my 5 and 8 pound dumbbells for my abs today so grab some weights that are in your heavy range and let's crush it!

Me too, split squats are so hard for me but knowing that makes me work & keep doing them. I have missed doing them, because I know they are so good for strength. Way to go team, we are doing so good this month!

It is possible so so proud of myself crushing the second week of accelerate. 🦵are wobbly. Always found front lunges very challenging but I pushed myself ❤❤❤

Today was SUCH a Hard Day of Life!! Battle after Battle.... Didn’t want to workout I was Emotionally exhausted... But as I struggled with the emotions of the Day, I told my husband “I will not let this Day defeat me!!I’m going to workout!” So Glad I Did!! The message at the end of the message was Confirmation! Praise the Lord and Sydney Cummings!!😊

Leg days are my favorite and I love strengthening my core! You can’t change it by how you react but you can change how you react; love that!! I love the strength these workouts have brought to my everyday life!

Sydney, I usually hate working out at home but thanks to you I did this workout today. Had no weights - used my vacuum cleaner, which is 5kg - so imagine how motivated I was! Thanks for being so inspiring and making working out enjoyable and fun :-)! Kisses from Germany!

Today was a day where I felt exhausted and just did not want to workout, but I pushed through that exhaustion and showed up on my mat. I am very happy I did, because now I feel so strong and ready to tackle the day! I am happy to say, I crushed that workout🙌🏼 Thank you Sydney for being the most positive, up-lifting, supportive, and motivating coach ever❤️

I tweaked my back in the first move of yesterday's workout and still stiff today. Nevertheless, I crushed it, modified the whole workout, stuck with 20 pounds for legs and 8-10 pounds for abs, and I gave my best. It looked much different than my usual best but it was my best for today! Thank you Sydney for providing the encouragement everyday to hit play!!

Love what you said about “being grateful for your health and strength” that’s so important. I tell my kids that every day! I also loved the squats with calf raises (more calf exercises please) and I love the squats with raised heels. Thanks for another great work out! 💖

For the first time, I don’t have terrible period pain and was able to go through this workout while on heavy flow. I don’t push myself if I can’t do it but I turned up cause I know I can do it. I’m feeling proud of myself

Good morning, Sydney Squad! I am a day behind on the workouts because I have a difficult work schedule for this week. I took my rest day yesterday because I had to be at work early and then took my lunch break for my hair appointment. I’m feeling stronger after the workout. I’m going to do our foam roller stretch during my break. I hope everyone had a good day and I’ll see you tomorrow.

Love leg 🦵 and ab days! You all crushed it this morning. Seeing everyone’s accomplishments are very inspiring to me. I’m gonna get back to my higher weights at some point. Surgery brought me back down in weights, but I know I’ll get back up there.

I completed yesterday and today's workout today - one in the morning and one in the evening!! When I first started working out with Sydney I couldn’t even do a split squat with body weight. Today I used my 20 lb dumbbell for split squats! I’ve come so far!
