Holy crap, I've never had the pelvic floor stuff explained so clearly before. It is a game changer for hopping! I've never been a hopper and I usually take big steps from down-dog or just forward fold when handstand hops come up in a flow. This time, the pelvic floor engagement made the hopping click for me. Finally I got some handstand hops in without feeling lower back pain and actually feeling a shift into balancing on my hands! Thanks as always, Helen!

Thank you Helen! 🙏🏻 I really enjoyed this flow. I feel stronger already. 💪🏻 I believe doing this flow every other day will give me the pre-op pelvic floor and core strength I'm looking for. I'll still do other practices with you on the days in between. 👍🏻 I'm kind of shocked at how much easier it is to hold balancing poses when engaging my pelvic floor. Going to try to remember to do that from here on out!! ❤

I like nadi shodana at the beginning of meditation or after savasana depending on how you're feeling, but you could do it any time it feels right!
