This was fantastic!!! Especially the waking part, I usually struggle to wake up but not only do I feel rested, I also feel wide awake afterwards

Maybe the volume was too loud. These usually work best at 20%-30% volume…sometimes 40% but no more than that. I had the same reaction a few times with different channels. I then realized it was my volume. I hope that helps

@@ymsleepinglab1239 I will definitely check out your other videos. [Edit: the guitar wake-up alarm was also well-done. the fadeout just before served as a warning. Some nap audios use a bell sound which to me can be a little jarring.] I saw your recommendation to not wear headphones. As far as I can tell the audio frequency is binaural, I hear a throb with the ear isolation. I have tried a couple "sleep band" type of products and their audio quality is not very good when working with frequency audios. They are probably OK for listening to popular music or audiobooks or podcasts but as a side-sleeper, those coin-sized hard speakers are painfully annoying for me. I have found earbuds that are almost completely silicon/rubber and work for me. The only downside is they are cabled, but I mainly stay in one area and just change sides and have not had much in the way of issues with the cable. - I would add that people be cautious about turning up the volume (in general) but particularly for the lower frequency audios. A couple years ago I was listening to a Delta or Theta binaural and wore my brain out a bit. It felt weird. Now I keep the volume down to a point of just barely hearing the "wobble."
