It's awesome that she's been able to achieve this level of success. But I think it would be refreshing to hear about the success stories of people who lost everything or didn't have much to begin with and started investing in their middle ages. When you've had the crap beaten out of you, but you get back up on your feet and rebound. Those are the people who inspire me.

I hope those that are older don’t feel like you are behind. The truth is that age does not matter. In this day and age the information is out there. Just familiarize yourself with what you want to do and go out there and do it! Just take imperfect action. Yes, being young allows you to take a bit more sacrifices but anyone can do it. Much success to all of you.

This episode was soo inspirational 👏 I recently bought my very first flat in Germany which I don't consider an investment property just because I moved in but I'm very much looking forward to buying my next property that I can rent out ... Awesome tips from this episode and very encouraging. Thanks!

I sat through the entire video - spellbound. I don't know what it is about Dominic, but this girl is a genius. Her Confidence, poise, and beauty come across with ease. I'm sure we'll be hearing from her about her real estate empire for years to come. This was amazing!

LOL, I've been a contractor for over 35 years. A real contractor state lic. GC /MECH contractor and have clients just like her. Sounds like she wants the contractors to drop everything they are doing when she calls. I make it real clear up front , if they want to be treated like that it costs $$$$$. I don't hear her stating anything on how she treats her contractors, just demands. I have learned in business , listen to what they don't say. That's' experience, know what question to ask. But, if it works for her keep it, go for success.

Does demographics matter on a flip?

Sadly demographics equal market value so the answer is yes, it matters.
@brandonlifefamily83312 жыл бұрын
@@neocollective Yea well there must be more to it then that because even the lower income demographics by in some cases are 100k plus per door areas.
@neocollective2 жыл бұрын
@@brandonlifefamily8331 I Know, right? !...but in that same market where a door is $100K in a low income area, how much is a door in the high income side of town ? Usually Lower Income Area= More cash flow (relative to investment) but less appreciation over time, whereas High Income Area=Less cash flow but higher appreciation.

Incorrect. Knowing where and how badly the hurricanes hit is a matter of data and study and all of this information is out there. We need to be moving away from these cities such as the New Orleans area instead of building them up and rehabbing. This is a fundamental foundational aspect to investing-taking into account where climate change is happening-that isn’t being acknowledged by most people. And those people will get fucked
@eugenberzani12162 жыл бұрын
Its funny as you use the word climate change but clearly you have no idea what it means. Its like saying, we must build single floor apartments because gravity.
