Pat, for this type of lesson, can you please include a quick grammar breakdown for each phrase? I can remember a phrase far more easily if I can analyse it and understand how it works. Furthermore, I will be able recognise the grammar elsewhere and maybe even use it to create my own sentences. Grammar can be fascinating also. To me, giving someone phrases is like giving them a 🐟 Explaining grammar is like teaching them to fish. I am glad you are there to teach us 👩🏾‍🎓💌

Native Tagalog speaker here. You could say “nagtatagalog po ba kayo?” or “nagsasalita po ba kayo ng Tagalog?”
