$450 Booth Fee - Was It Worth It?! 3-Day Festival Breakdown

Let's hang out and talk about my most recent festival! First, I'll talk about the inventory I brought, then onto the expenses, profit, and finally, some extra tips/lessons I learned while at my first major festival.

Congrats on your market!! That is an amazing accomplicement! I just had my first successful market. I only made one of your opposums! There was this 20 something year old girl who walked across my booth saw it picked it up. YES this one. She almost screamed it. She really loved it! Next market I will make more of them. It came out so cute!

I love the foldable oversized camping chair with the build in cooler (yarn holder) and I attached my sissors? to the bottle opener. Folds down for easy transport

Also know that festival is interchangeable with market but it is more along the lines of a convention in terms of time. Festivals and conventions tend to be fri-sun if not longer where markets typically are a 1 day or two day weekend (but more 1 day sellers vs 2 day) it is alot of semantics but in my 14 years of in person selling, thats pretty much the jist of it.

That's some really great info; thanks for sharing! A lot of those terms are used interchangeably (which I'm guilty of doing), and that just adds to the confusion! But that definitely helps clear some things up! 💕🫶🥰
