Hello mam, Mam mere case mein family court ne wife ki interim maintenance cancel krdi hai as she lied in the court regarding her job and bank details also twin kids boy and girl are with me which she left when they were 1 year old....mam family court ki attested copy magistrate ko bhi di hai recently but lady magistrate koi action nai le rhi 9 months se aur na he 340 crpc ki....moreover wife court nai aa rhi jab se uska jhooth court mein opne hua ha....police complaint bhi meri favour mein hai no FIR....maine dv case mein aur family court mein 340 crpc ka case lagaya hai but magistrate court is very slow evidence bhi de diye hai but har baar consideration likha ata pichle 9 months se kayi judgment ki copy bhi dikhayi but magistrate is taking no action.... please guide maine even mna krdia koi paisa nai dena....actually she planned a murder conspiracy was giving poison in food of my parents pkdi gyi aur bhaag gyi fir jhoothe case lga diye....
