At any of the McDonalds' around where I live in l.a you'd be lucky if the employee spit only once in your food, and even more lucky if that food you ordered wasn't created with *complete* lack of any discernable regard towards whatever quality you would expect from any standards set by the McDonald's corporation. Food and especially fast-food is only as good as the people who prepared it for you. In the case of my city's McDonalds', that quality is instead dependent on the creatures, not people, who prepare it for you. Such poor excuses for human beings infest los angeles and their nature is reflected in the food they attempt to serve at the McDonalds' here.

I worked at a McDonald's years ago. Only a few times did anyone say they loved me while I was working drive thru and I'm pretty sure those few people were high as hell and just happy to be getting food.
