Sally Fletcher is alive today(living in Phuket Thailand with her twin brother Miles and her daughter Pippa) because of her brother Miles. He donated some of his blood(which is the same rare blood type is Sally's just part of being twins) to Sally and he saved her life after Johnny Cooper stabbed her almost killing her. But thank god Sally's alive and it's thanks to Miles. Her twin brother saved his twin sister's life. Thank you Milco for saving our dear precious beautiful Sally's life. She's alive today because of what you did for her on the operating table in theatre during this H&A epi.

Yeah her life is on hold at the moment but not for long if she doesn't go back soon they will loose her
