Lakka all to yourself ! Wow ! Never seen that before. In Gaios you can moor the boat along the yellow lines. Exactly to your right and to the end of the quay in the middle is for day boats bringing tourists from Corfu, Sivota etc To the right of that is where you are allowed to moor again. The one thing not to do is use the southern entrance, it is very shallow. Some day boats are able to get in, but this summer a sailing yacht sank in the entrance, Bavaria 46 if I remember well. Great video again and seeing that perfect weather we are wondering why our boat is now on the dry 😀

I find it fascinating that you are hitting all my favourite Ionian stops and you are there out of season lol. Can I ask if anywhere in Lakka was open? By the way you can get 30-40 boats at anchor in there June - September lol. PS - You should have gone to the Tripitos Arch when you were in Gaios.

May have to visit on the way back! We were planning to go around and see all the sights. Got a bit lazy and opted for the time in the bay! I can imagine it with 40 boats… I would not enjoy that! This time of year suits us just perfect. Better wind too I hear? Crew reported a cafe and bakery open. Basically everything else shut up and ghost town. Keep the recommendations coming!

How are the docking fees down there? I've heard from multiple people that it's incomparably cheaper than in Croatia. I even heard that a night in Mikenos for a 44 foot catamaran goes as low as 7€.

Night in Mykonos last year was 10€/night + 10€/energy

The Marinas can be close to the same price as Croatia. But the town quays are a lot cheaper. Typically 10-15€ plus power/water

why there is is rust marks on the Ultra? It is that chineese knock offs or real ultra?

I saw that too on the film. Haven’t seen it on the anchor out of the water though. I will inspect closer. 100% real ultra. Bought my chain from them too. It has been amazing so far. Had 40-50knots last two days. Done its job very well.
