There are several turns as the route goes over to 46th & 47th Ave a few times. Mostly just quiet residential streets, though there's only sparse traffic calming so there can be too many cars at times.
Technically, the route ends at 45th & Nanaimo St. But 45th Ave continues to be a bike route, as part of Ridgeway. So I've included that in the video. This last section usually has a lot of cars, way too many for a bike route. There's virtually no traffic calming measures. There are a couple of busy 4-way stops where people frequently don't stop at the stop line. Unfortunately the only other somewhat-close alternative for this stretch is BC Parkway, which is quite out of the way to get to.
Not sure why there's a sign at 24:40 saying "Killarney" bike route.
Continue east into Burnaby via BC Parkway (left at the end as shown). Continue in a loop around Central Park (left as shown, or right). Continue north/south in Burnaby via Sea to River on the other side of the park.
