The Ohio State Highway Patrols is to blame for this atrocity. Semi trucks should not be allowed on freeways when its snowing, make these idiots take the side roads where they are forced to slow down. These trucker clowns drive way too fast, they tailgate and they cut people off. Ridiculous how fast they are driving in this video, they're all reckless. A car or small SUV doesn't stand a chance in a situation like this. No wonder so many people were killed.
