What I love about these kits is that most of the parts can be interchangeable with other kits (Like you said in the review) So you could be able to make your own original mobile suits! They are also super adorable!

You're correct, in Cosmic Era, they're called Dragoons, rather than funnels, sort of like in the setting for 00, calling them Fangs.

+Channel 2S Generall Bandai does the reverse - Japan-only kits. I think this is the 1st time they`ve done this.

+kentrillbg1 Not really. There's this Sengokuden line that are made in China. This is not a bootleg product but a Bandai licensed product which is a model kit but less detailed in the back and only has arm rotation for articulation.

good proportions, never been a mobile suit I was heavily into. I am not put off as much by the stickers, just in that the past kit had a lot of similar issues and required painting, anyway. I guess it depends a little on priorities.

+Arrowdodger that said, the Seed SDs were good, so while this is cheaper, if you aren't going to paint, the old one's probably a better option, outside of the beam shield on that one looking like crap.

I always see SD models better than the more accurate 1/144, 1/100 or 1/60 models. Perhaps because i have been playing SRW for quite a while.

I have two questions. One, what kind of base is that and where can I get one? I'm new to gundam. And if I paint the guns like in the photo what kind of paint do I use?

+James Cotton That base is just an Action Base 2, Bandai's base meant for 1/144 scale kits (or SD). For painting the rifles I'd recommend spraying using either an airbrush or spray cans. You'll have to do some masking as well, but shouldn't be too hard.

+febry maulana I liked Kira well enough in SEED. not my favorite pilot by any means, but he was alright. In Destiny though, woof. Not that Shinn was likable, far from it, but Kira really just came across as self righteous as hell.
