With 3rd gen, I like to pay attention to the text box! On shinies, there's a delay before "Wild ____ appeared!" It's how I noticed my Articuno

Congrats! For over a year shiny Zapdos was my white whale. However I was doing the much slower and much more tedious method on Gen 1 VC. Trying to get all possible legendary/mythical shinies on Gen 1/2 VC to get the HA associated. So far I'm just missing two of the birds and two of the beasts...working on Articuno now!

Great Find! I have a question. Have you ever made a gauntlet where you level a pokemon to 100 using always different moves? I saw the metronome one the other day and got this idea. Like if you run out of PP or after each battle (probally not possible except for mew maybe) you have to teach your pokemon new moves.

Never too nerve-wracking personally, but definitely didn't feel natural at first! Practice really makes perfect - streaming helped out with speaking to a camera a TON since I was essentially doing that for hours on end with a live audience
