Those inner cab seals were a nightmare to install, maybe you’ll have better luck then I did. They went in but it was a chore pulling them into that channel. I don’t think the cab seal is glued in, it’s super tight fit in the channel , I had to pull mine into place, the more you pull thru the harder it gets, clean and straighten the channel to help the process.
