That's exactly my thoughts. I was really questioning why there was infinite ammo. I even had to increase the quality of the video to make sure I wasn't seeing things

its a private lobby not a public one. when someone hosts a private lobby they can choose to put infinite ammo and other things like removing vehicles or certain classes etc. as for why the number of players went up and down, thats because of the revival flight. in private lobbies, as long as your teammates are alive, you can be revived without them picking any dogtags.
