I would buy this vessel in a heartbeat!! people are downgrading it as it is in a bit of cluttered state due to the work being done!! The tarps on the floors is a give away the crew is probably extremely busy, this ship has stunning potential and with a bit of "elbow grease" it would easily travel the world, the beautiful wood grains could be re varnished in a darker matte and wooden trip on ceiling would make this vessel pop!!

The Boat/Yacht has been a thing of beauty in it day and it could be again with an inter prizing owner. To me it looks like it's been set up as a floating venue for a private casino or the like, Given the way the world is at the moment I could see the use for a group or company to entertain such an idea, for keeping Gatherings small. For a yacht broker, this guy has a hard time with yachting terminology. Front/ forward, bathroom/head, left/port, right/stbd, kitchen/galley, etc. Every bunk Is a “double bed”, even if it’s a queen or king. Honestly, I don’t think he actually had a clue.

I don't think a sale was wanted. Junk piled up to the windows, reference to a filthy spa, cloth left on the carpets and companion ways, dusty looking, empty spaces, untidy cabins, vast empty aft decks, "more screens" but no reference what for in the bridge, crew cabins strangely not shown, untidy looking engine room with much updating necessary (those inverters must have whiskers), a used towel hanging in one bathroom... the list is not pretty. Easily the worst prepared vessel I've seen. Not all the presenter's fault but he should have refused to do the job until the mess, cleanliness, lighting, empty spaces, lonely master cabin arrangements and communications were fixed up.

I mean, it's a 4 million dollar boat so that drops the price significantly, Lol..... but you still have to pay for food, crew, berthing, uniforms and fuel. It isn't the cost of the boat that gets you, it's the running costs. I learned that when I crewed yachts. Owners hire a management company that determines a budget and what each crew member is alloted per day for food, uniforms, etc. Then they factor in other things for worse case scenarios, but just so they look good if things go wrong and they complete their contract that season and collect their bonus. The amount of money you have to pay just to cruise on your own boat is ridiculous.
@norarivkis25132 жыл бұрын
@@clifbradley For this boat, that would be true. But there are plenty of yachts, even pretty big ones, that you can run without crew. Lots of people own liveaboard yachts and run their own, spend more time at anchor than they do in the marina, and it costs not much more than it would to own a house that needs upkeep once in a while.
@clifbradley2 жыл бұрын
@@norarivkis2513 very true. I crewed for a guy that lived on his boat, just him and his family. He ran everything himself and hired 2 or sometimes 3 people to go out with him when he wanted to cross the Atlantic with his boat. Other than that, he did everything on his own and lived on his 102' year round. No crew 98% of the time. He said it was cheaper than buying homes in different countries as a joke because he was rich, but not super rich. I met a lot of people like that especially in California where real estate is massively overpriced, that happens a lot.

@@YachtMarineBrokerage Thnks and Happy new year to you too! for a start I would suggest to separate video and audio, and if you continue to record it together, use a microphone in a way that it does it record your breath. Speak a guide vocal, but focus on good video (get lights) and edit the talking later. Don't show in advance where you will go later, follow a tour you determine before you start and only if necessary hint, that you have shown before or from where you have shown. No need, like in thi video show the salon form the door and later, on the internal tour, step backwards through that door just to show, what you have shown before. People who watch your videos are interested in boats like you show, so they will follow very closely and be more observant than you think. I will try to be more constructive in my criticism next time. If you separate video and comment by editing, you will be able to speak more lively, which will make watching your videos about interesting vessels much more interesting.

NOTHING about this vessel is satisfactory. Among the top 5 are 1) the galley is too small for even half the capacity, 2)The con is way too large for the workload, 3) appears to be single hull construction, 4)There are no scuppers 5) While there is ample roof space for solar panels, there are none. Those are just for starters. I could rattle off 20 more.

I have to think that this yacht is a tough sale? It has great bones, assuming air quality and hull survey are sound ... but a 95' yacht is going to cost a fraction to staff and to dock also - 50%? and less - depending on the use. Over 95' requires 7/24 crew while under 95' is ok with surveillance systems only - I think.
