This is a beautiful house. Unfortunately for me the master has to be on the ground floor. There is no need for 2 dining areas or 2 living room areas. Those areas could be a master suite and put the extra bonus living room upstairs. Love the colors you used.

Really GOOD DESIGN!!! One suggested tweak. There are no desk areas. Consider working some desk space into bedrooms instead of all the extra seating, and if carefully planned out a mini office could be worked into the end of the upstairs hall instead of bench. To maintain the decorative look a window seat could be incorporated with a Murphy storage unit along the wall of bedroom number 2 with a drop down desk and chair stored within the unit.

I'm not fond of that high roof peak, but I'll bet it could be reduced and not lose much upstairs space. There's a generous entry closet, and a formal sitting/TV room. If you needed more counter space in the kitchen, the island could be reconfigured and/or counter could be added to the pantry. For those that require a ground-floor bedroom, the garage could be reduced to single car and a bedroom suite installed.
