Sorry for the late reply, as for the sound quality i really wish i could do something about it but i don't think i can however if you want to listen to Mufti Asif's tafseer of Surah Nisa in a better voice quality you can watch this Surah An Nisa part-1 Quran Tafseer by Shaykh Mufti Asif abdullah Qadri (someone else uploaded this) so let me just tell you that it won't be exactly the same as i think this tafseer was done at a different time.
