47RE Valve Body Coming Apart Again

Sorry if you miss understood me the hole that gets drilled in the back of the case is to feed the roller clutch more oil for high hp. The 2nd gear lock is made in the valve body have to fill the passage with jb weld. Sorry about that.

Everything has went together great, except we can not get the valve body to sit right, when we thjnk the parking lever is in then the valve body won’t sit all the way down and isn’t lined up with the holes. Any advice?

Yeah it’s a real pain to get that park rod in there it took me a few times. Just keep working at it and make sure everything is lined up right.

@@ChadMyers73 I got that, now my damn converter won’t line up😡😤 I’ve installed dozens of converters and never had an issue. Makes me worry.... this things been fighting us the whole time
