I played for 25 hours straight and received the following drops: Roger's hat, Mihawk's scroll, and six drops from Brook, which included a violin (4x), rockstar shades, and a rockstar outfit. I'm not sure whether I got lucky or not, but it definitely doesn't feel like it after wasting over a day in this game.
