48 hours in HUALIEN, TAIWAN - Exploring Taroko National Park!

Hualien was the second stop of our week-long Taiwan journey. I've never been here before but have always wanted to explore the magnificent gorges in Eastern Taiwan! We booked a private driver for a full day who took us all around Taroko National Park and to some other hot spots as well. The highlight of this mini trip was also the hotel that I booked.. IT WAS AMAZING. In Taiwan, many hotels like these are called "bed and breakfasts", but this was far from one. We literally rented a 3-section villa by the beach with TWO bathtubs. Loved the fact that it was a teeny remote too. Anyways, enjoy the gorgeous scenery I saw! Hualien was absolutely breathtaking.

🚕 We booked our private charter car tour through Klook. It was around $80 USD total for the whole day.
☀️ Weather: Mild to hot, with a nice breeze at all times
🚶Transportation: Aside from the private driver we booked, we either took taxis or walked to get around.
