That fish house is awesome! Great video as always! Just a little tip on your burger, always go mayo on the bottom bun. The oil in the mayo helps repel the juices from the meat, and stops the bun from getting soggy.

Salt and water the fillets after filleting, then put in a ziplock bag and completely cover the fish with water. Then freeze. Make sure the water covers the fish. If you do this, you will have fresh fish each time. The only way to store fish frozen. In my opinion.
