We will never buy anything Ford vehicles again. we bought a brand new 2018 15 Passengers Van in 2018 for church ministry, we drove it 2 or 3 times per week for church members, but early this year, 2023, the transmission was said needed to be replaced! the van only has 9500 miles, thats 9.5K only! We called the local dealer and they refused to replaced it for free. we then called the coporate office and they also will not give us a replacement with no cost.
