I've seen a lot of much lower prices phone like from Infinix (Infinix Note 7) and Realme (Narzo 20) and others, but I think this phone is really hitting the right areas a budget phone this 2020 should be now. What you guys missed are the Mi Max phones. they were amazing. Still rocking my Mi Max 2 and 3. Such amazing viewing experience and decent sound along with a big battery etc. Especially the Mi Max 3 isn't even hard to hold while the screen feels soo much bigger than the phones we have now in market.

Long time no see, ASBYT, I just got this notification on twitter from your twitter page. OMG, I am in love with that phone. I have always been a huge fan of Apple iPhones. That POCO M3 phone is the ultimate. I never thought that POCO could put so much in a phone like that and have it at such a small price. More so for it’s current and expandable storage, display, and battery life. That in my opinion is the grandaddy of phones. Sorry I have not been watching much of your videos. i am using a iPhone 12 pro max and bought a M3 as back up Phone and to use it with my drones. And i am thrilled as well. This is a normal daily driver to use. As you said... if you don't need fancy stuff in your phone, you will be fine with that phone. I bought my iPhone 11 pro max and now the 12 pro max primary because of the batterylifetime... and the M3 is absolutely crazy in that. 3 -4 days normal usage is no problem. The Stand by Time is also top. 24h took around 15% from the battery. I saw a lot of drain tests, where the M3 is equal to the iPhone 12 pro max, what would be great by its own, but in real life the battery lasts soooooo much longer than in my iPhone. Its fast enough for all ordinary things, the screen is absolutely ok. The cams are usable and good enough for every quickshot, a photographer is surely not the target, but what do we normaly do more than a few quickshots? So the value for the money is insane. And yes of course it is not the best mobil phone in the market, but you truely won't get more for your money than with that M3 today. So if you don't need fancy things in your Phone and don't want to or can't spend 1.000$ on a phone, thats a great choice.

I am someone who has owned many expensive smartphones, my last one being a Xiaomi Shark 3, so I'm aware of what makes a great device. I have just started using the Poco M3 and I have to say it's absolutely awesome given the price. It does everything you need a smartphone to do and it does most of it very well indeed too! The camera is absolutely fine. The stereo speakers are friggin amazing! Honestly they are absolutely brilliant anyway but on a phone that cost me £125 it's actually unbelievable! The screen is very good and is FHD which again is amazing on a £125 smartphone. The battery is bloody HUGE and lasts forever and charges quickly too. The phones overall performance is perfectly acceptable for a phone costing £125. It's not super smooth and sometimes you get a little stutter here and there but honestly WHO CARES at £125?! Basically I would say that for 90% of smartphone users out there, this is more than enough phone for them. It's good enough for me, someone who has used very expensive phones, so I promise you if you're on the fence, you'll be more than happy with your purchase 🙏

The camera design is straight up a low effort 8T Cyberpunk 2077 Edition, if I can be honest. Great video and overall nice phone though. Really not much to lose for buying this phone. To be fair, while many reviewers are so amazed at phones that include a clear case, it costs only $1 at retail, and probably less for Poco. But yeah this is a good phone. Nothing too amazing except for the distinct back design with its funky color options, but it puts to shame even phones from Vivo and Oppo that cost North of $200 and only give you a Snapdragon 665 or something.

I have the 4/128 G version and there's nothing I don't like,its amazing,plus if u use the phone like a normal activities not for gaming,It will last all day and maybe even more,I use it mostly for gaming and I need to charge it over night and then just around 40% after,so I'd say If u play all day on it u need around 140% battery,that's rlly good cuz the fact that u charge 100 overnight

When ASBYT said that it's maybe the only entry level phone that has a high res camera, many other Asian manufacturers were probably grinning. The Aqua S9 Max for example has the same FHD display with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage the Helio G90T Hifi support, Gorilla Glass 3 front and Back (Said by the company) a decent 5.1k mah battery. Mali-G76GPU and 4GB LPDDR4x RAM. Priced around $129 early bird price and $199 at the SRP, but may drop in a couple of months or maybe this December. Then the Realme 6i may also have the same 48mp camera but just with a terrible speaker.

Unless you Unlock Bootloader and install custom rom (non root),even Redmi 1s and Oneplus One still got android 11 with awesome battery life (up to 6 hours SOT mostly depend on rom,mine 9 hours) and smooth experience 😂😂

It would seem that the more a cellphone cost the less comes with it. Case in point? My Batwing phone has stereo speakers, Micro SD Card slot, headphone jack, 128GB memory, turbo charger whereas 🍎 only has one of the things I listed yet costs 5 times as much.🤷🏼‍♂️ What's wrong with that picture?

Yes, Poco said the M3 is the last phone that involved Xiaomi. I guess the upcoming Poco models will be developed independently, but still share parts with Xiaomi for better economies of scale.

This budget phone is hitting way above its price point. Now there are some budget phones that do have an ultrawide-angle lense. Overall I don't think any of them can quite compare to this as an all-around phone though. Budget phones just took a major leap forward thanks to Poco.
