Nah his skill cap would be in positioning and using his heavy blade to control zones. Also alt usage, because he doesn’t have CC immunity during his alt and it lasts forever, I play with heavy blade and combat trance reset, and sometimes use alt to clean up or get the fuck out of dodge

Ikr? I really strongly disagree with Kami on that, Tiberius doesn't feel like a Flank at all. Flanks have either extremely high mobility, or abilities for survivability. Outside of Crouching Tigron and his ult, he really doesn't have that. Crouching Tigron has too long of a windup and too long of a CD. And the ult is like any other movement based ult, you can't rely on it because it's not up all the time.

the whole point of flanks is to out maneuver the opponent and then burst them down before they have a chance to reacts. this is why they tend to have low health to balance them. if they happen to get noticed before they can burst you down you they are already dead. however, one champ being marked as one class doesn't mean that they can only fill that role. that is the purpose of the card system. i still hold that seris is one of the best flanks in the game and she is marked as a healer. however, i build her around stealth and mobility and take advantage of her bubbles to pop important targets such as opposing healers. even some tanks have great potential as flankers as they have good mobility and can be built for bigger bursts of damage.

I haven't tried this, but if you don't want the ult building card, could you take a loadout with it, spam Q, and then at the last moment switch out for another loadout? I think that would be slightly big brain Edit: Of course, if this does work, you can't get the ult charge in later waiting parts of the game

He seems like a pseudo flanker like willo or a heavier Maeve. When someone attacks from above I always feel like they are flanking from the skies lol. I know flank implies from behind but getting attacked from above is kind of a flank too. He can play like a flank.

Tiberius' Q feels more like it helps him increase his DPS more but requires him to have maximum ammo for his attacks to be more effective, otherwise, he's wasting that ability and he'll be a sitting duck while reloading and it is active. Raum, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. by gaining the ability to not consume ammo for several seconds, he can gain extra burst without worry until the ability actually ends

50% Ult charge before even get into combat, they didn't think that through didn't they? Do they have tester or the players works a free outsourced QC? It's good to have new champions and what not, may get some returning player or new ones, but I think that the more additions and changes the game has (and this could apply to any game) the older characters fall behind. A rework or the basic mechanics or rebalance of some champions could be nice too.

The biggest thing about people saying Tiberious has a high skill cap is that there's no way to consistently hit ricochets because of how his projectiles act, rn I feel like it doesnt matter if you try to ricochet things unless you're on a tight map, and there's going to be those people that just ricochet spam the whole match like spaztic munchkins.

Honed Senses working in spawn was not intentional and is going to be taken out asap. Even then though, I think the card is a little too much for how good Tiberius' Ult is. I think 3%/sec at max will be better. I've just been in so many PTS games where I see Tiberius Ult 15 times in a game. (It's even worse that there's a bug where Tiberius' lunge during his ult can hit you twice).
