As an American Born Chinese, this level is perfect for me as I understand conversational, casual conversations but need to learn more-advanced, formal vocabulary. There are also a lot of words that I may know the casual form/use but may not recognize when used differently in a formal way such as in the news. I also like that your explanations are also in Chinese; it reminds me of how my parents or my childhood Chinese-School teachers would still use Chinese instead of English to explain, or Chinglish at least. Thank you for this valuable resource.

I really appreciate these videos, thank you. One area I might suggest would be that you don't need to explain each specific word if you're targeting "intermediate to advanced" students. At this level they should already know 您好 / 观众 / 欢迎 / 等等 words of this level. I'm a HSK6 student and have to skip a lot of the video because the words are ones we encounter very early on. Thanks again for the videos! :D

Thanks. Yes, the first tone for 供 is standard, but you may hear a lot of people pronouncing the fourth tone, it is considered correct too, as far as I am concerned.
