Thank you for your comment, I'm not actually sure what's happened to them in all fairness... be assured that as far as the carp we catch, they are always looked after and we use carp care kits on wounds etc.. can't say that about match style fishermen as we don't fish that style 👍

Thank you 😊 It's predominantly a match water and they hold some pretty big competitions so I think it happens due to the speed they're reeled in and then just put in a keep net. We took the time to treat anything that we could. From previous sessions we've found that fishing the other end of the lake produces better looking fish but unfortunately there was a match on up there that weekend.
