3:30 wiser words have never been spoken. When I talk to people about running or who want to start running. My advice is always "Run slow, and when you are running slow, run slower". Wish I followed by own advice at times. (Not that I run fast, just want to run slow to run longer and not feel like death). Hope you are used to Maurten. New nutrition on the day of the race is a risky one 💩
