Alhamdulillah.A great lesson of all lessons so far covered.I never come across a teacher like The Shaykh. MAY ALLAH SWT BLESS HIM AND ALL MEMBERS OF HIS FAMILY.Really This lesson is the nectar of all lessons. The concept of relative pronoun is made very clear. It is for me a theory of relativity for a long time. Now it is no longer a theory of relativity.

The way he slowly builds up things and then joins all parts in a cohesive way is simply brilliant, MashaAllah. At 24:00 mark, he showed how all pieces of the puzzle are fit together to give a full meaning. My advice is to watch every video at least two times (three is even better). First time around, concentrate and watch the whole video. Any part that is not clear , rewind and watch that part ( the beauty of modern technology). Second time around takes the longest. Pause every few seconds , take down notes (detailed notes) with different colored pens. This second time watching can take 4 times (or more) the time of the length of video. Go back and revise notes. When making notes leaves spaces and blank lines. This will allow you to fill in more things later. Put page numbers on each sheet of the notebook. This will allow you to reference page numbers from different places in your notes. Soon, you will notice that you have a collection of notes in your own words. When you later watch videos to revise, you will notice some points that you have missed or taken wrong notes, these corrections will further refine your notes. Combine the above with his text book (note the Text Book is not in strict order of the course itself, though not difficult to find the right content). The thing that I likes most about the text book is the exercises with ANSWERS. Yes, we all do not want to do these exercises, but believe me, this will force you to think. Do not get discourage by wrong answers. There are many exercise where I get only 1 or two correct answers out of 10 questions. But looking at the solutions, you get that "Aha" feeling when you know where you went wrong. The process of learning goes from cradle to grave. Don't give up, do dua and continue the journey. The hardship will surely follow with ease inshaAllah, as promised by Allah Subhanawatala. you can order the text book from his Website or, download the free pdf , print it out and put it in a folder There is one part I often struggle with. I have talk to few others and they all said the same thing. We studied English Grammar during school days and most of us use these grammar rules but do not necessarily remember the terminology. Ustaz Amir Sohail refers to English Grammar names quite often and this sometimes throw me off. For example Active vs Passive speech, Personal and Demonstrative Pronouns. All are easy but not obvious. I often search for these terms on KZbin and watch those short English lessons as a refresher for the English Grammar terminology. I am not sure how he will be able to help out with this. He is teaching Arabic Grammar and needs to assume that the students have some basic background in English to understand. Although you can get away for the most part without the knowledge of English Grammar, I felt there were crucial moments that you cannot proceed without the clarification of those terms. He has done his bit to explain the terms mostly, but not always. He is the teacher and he knows best how to resolve this issue and I am no position to suggest the proper approach. All I am highlighting is a tweak that he may need to do so that the course does not rely on previous knowledge of English Grammar (Perhaps, providing the users beforehand with the terminology that will be used in the class, and ask the students to do their own research and come prepared). Just some of my thoughts and hopefully this will help others. May Allah Subhanawatala give him and his family abundant hasanath in this duniya and more importantly in Aquirah - Aameen
