I think the design is Fantastic, it caters for everything, the way it sits amoung the Trees is so perfect,. We now are just the 2 of us, children(5) all grown up and in all parts of the world, this House is just right for us now, build it down at the river, the forest trees all around, Farm now rented as none of children Interested, This house with it High ceilings, bright airy rooms is just so perfect, Absolute Love it, Liam in IRELAND

А что тут шикарного, в плане пару комнат с лева и справа. Или то что веранда и кухня обьеденены и зона отдыха минимально зонирована.. Так это удобно когда проживает один человек или очень очень близкие люди, которых не раздражают постороние звуки из кухни когда кто то отдыхает в зале.. При Такой компановке можно было добавить пару комнат мансард спален для детей и взрослых. И использовать такое строение как дачу на пару дней, а не постоянного проживания. И да не указана высота потолков, и при европейском минимализме можно предположить что высота потолков в спальне составляет 2,20-2,30м. А в холле с учётом конька крыши до 3х метров.. Так что получается кроме внешнего вида и скругленой залы не чего вау нет для постоянного проживания каждый день нет. Одни проблемы.. И как продумано с обогревом тоже под вопросом.

It's very attractive and I like the split plan. Seems like the kitchen door is begging for a driveway or carport or something in order to facilitate the unloading of groceries. Also the showers seem a bit small as well as the bathrooms generally. Lots of perks though. And as I said very pretty.

В планах строить баню и хозблок. Сейчас наткнулся на картинку этого дома и подумал почему бы не объединить эти два сооружения в одно и сделать как тут. Слева например баня, справа хозблок, а полукруглый центр верандой, которая в плохую погоду будет выполнять функцию беседки?))

Все хорошо, только зимой любую дверь открыл и все тепло улетучилось, плюс нет бойлерной где находилось бы отопление и водоснабжение.

Дом не для нашего климата.😂 Есть места на планете, где отопление не требуется 😅. Тут камин больше для эстетики, ну, может в сезон дождей сырость убрать

Not minimalist, but I do love the plan . I’d add an 8 ft wide screened in porch on the 2back sides with bedroom /kitchen access to the porch

Overall, I like it. It's distinctive. What's not to like? The two rear fronts. Boring little windows. (I don't understand why they did that.) But you can improve the windows and make them bigger. And then it would be perfect.

Many good ideas. As a designer, though, I see two flaws. The kitchen should be larger by utilizing the space better with a larger island. The fireplace should be on the curved wall of glass. Why sit on the sofa and not be able to see outdoors and the fireplace at the same time. Overall, great design though.

I’d rather have a good wood burning cook stove on the other side of the existing fp. Put more book cases where the fp is now .
