हमने सन 2015 मे 482 में रिट कर के हाई कोर्ट से अवर न्यायालय की कार्यवाही स्दे करा दी थी । हमारी रिट अभी भी लम्बित है और उच्च न्यायालय या सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा स्टे खारिज भी नहीं किया गया है । अवर न्यायालय द्वारा प्रेषित कोई सम्मन भी हम लोगो को नही मिला परन्तु अवर न्यायालय द्वारा बेल एबिल वारन्ट के आदेश जारी कर रखे हैं । ऐसी स्थिति में क्या करना चाहिए ? सुना है कि सर्वोच्च न्यायालय की कोई रुलिंग है जिसके अनुसार स्टे आर्डर 6 माह बाद स्वतः निरस्त मान लिया जाता है ।
