Hello Barbara, I love the shaker card🤩 You can skip the foam part. You can cute the circle several times out from thick paper and glue them together. So you have your dimension and no problem with sickness from the foam. Greets Simone.

Love your selfie in a bubble and adding Luise was a good choice! I had to giggle as you were troubleshooting your way through the process, I hate foam tape for the reasons you discovered, I would cut a couple of the circle frames from thicker cardstock and glue them together to make the distance for the sequins. We all live and learn!🤣💕🇨🇦
